Shipping

All jewelry is packaged in a gold gift box with cotton lining, then placed in a padded envelope or a sturdy cardboard box with 'pop-corn' padding to ensure your order arrives safely. Packages ship from Orange County, California, using USPS Priority Mail. Most orders ship within 24 - 48 hours after payment is received or check has cleared.
Shipping charges shown on this website are for the Continental United States only. We will ship outside of this area and these shipping charges would be increased to actual cost plus handling fee.

Payment Method

Payment can be made by money order, personal check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express. A layaway option is also available.

Layaway

Layaway is an easy payment plan and requires only a 25% down payment when an order is placed. The balance due, including tax and shipping charges, is then due in 3 equal monthly payments. All layaway payments must be made by money order or personal check only. When a payment is received, confirmation will be sent by email and will include balance remaining, due date and amount of the next payment. Item will ship after all payments are received. Normal return policy will then apply.
If all payments are not made as agreed, the item will be returned to store inventory for resale, money paid toward the item will be refunded, less a 20% handling fee. Fee is based on price of item, excluding tax and shipping charges.

Our Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return item to us within 14 days of postmark. Jewelry item must be in its original condition and packaging, with the invoice included, for refund. Please notify us regarding a return via email at creativewirewear@cox.net
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Any returned merchandise must be in original, unaltered, condition. We recommend that all returns or exchanges are insured for your protection, as we are not responsible if these items are lost in the mail. If returning an item for exchange, the new item will not incur additional shipping charges.

Re-stringing

In the event that your jewelry item needs re-strung within 30 days, we will repair the item and return it to you without charge. You would be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, we would refund this expense to you in the form of free shipping on a following order made from our website.
After 30 days, a $7.00 per strand, re-stringing charge would apply, plus the cost of shipping. If beads or findings need to be replaced, you would be billed the cost to replace the lost item.
We are not responsible for lost packages or damage that occurs when the package is returned to us. We recommend that all returns are insured for your protection and placed in a padded envelope or in a sturdy box with protective padding to prevent damage to the item.

Limited Warranty

Glass Beads and Pendants:
Regardless of the annealing or fusing procedure used, please be aware that these items are glass and can crack, chip or break if dropped on a hard surface or placed in boiling water. Crystals and SOME lampwork glass beads or dichroic glass can be replaced, you would be billed the cost to replace the broken item. A labor fee would be added plus shipping charges.
Wire Wrapped Jewelry:
Wires can be pulled or mis-shaped if jewelry items are improperly stored or with rough handling. I can usually repair this type of damage, but not necessarily back to its original appearance. In the case of a bangle bracelet or watch, a wire may eventually break with normal wear (this is due to the nature of the wire and is not a defect in craftsmanship). This could be repaired, you would be billed the cost of any wire needed to complete the repair. A labor fee would be added plus shipping charges.
